Tree & Shrub Pruning

Our professional arborists have specialized training and equipment, as well as an “eye” for what needs to be done. This may be in the form of crown reductions, crown thinning or removing deadwood and dying limbs among other reasons. No matter the specific objective, all shrub and tree pruning techniques will comply with ANSI A300 standards. Pruning enhances the appearance and value of landscaping, but its importance is more than cosmetic. Proper shrub & tree pruning is important because it:

  • Removes weak, dead, storm-damaged, diseased or interfering branches

  • Can be used to train growth patterns of young trees

  • Minimizes the risk of storm damage

  • Provides clearance for streets, sidewalks, driveways, structures and overhead lines.

All shrub & tree pruning activities will conclude with thorough clean-up and proper disposal of all green waste.
